Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in therapy for teens, college students, and young adults navigating early adulthood and the colorful transitions that come with stepping into greater independence and self-knowing. I work with capable young adults who appear put-together on the outside but often feel exhausted, self-critical, or disconnected underneath. My training includes residential and IOP treatment, school-based and university counseling settings across the country, and experience supporting international students, survivors of sexual assault, substance concerns, and those navigating grief and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, collaborative presence to therapy, creating space for both humor and honesty at every step. My hope is that you feel accepted and welcome exactly as you are. I draw from a humanistic and constructivist foundation, integrating DBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, and AEDP depending on what each client needs. I also have expertise as a DBT skills group facilitator and experience with substance use and recovery. At the heart of my work is the belief, borrowed from Diana Fosha, that undoing aloneness is how we heal. Through connection, radical acceptance, and self-compassion, meaningful change comes naturally.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what brought you in. It's also a time for us to mutually assess our fit and connection. We will take the first 1-2 times we meet going through a thorough history so I can best give you a sense of what treatment will look like moving forward.
