Great to meet you!

An experienced licensed clinical social worker and therapist, with 18+ years of experience working with adults in private practice, hospital settings, and in the community.

My approach to therapy

I use a warm, non judgmental approach, focusing on family history and patterns that have developed that may no longer serve you. We then work to develop new coping skills using CBT, boundary setting and communication techniques to help you live a more positive and productive life. The goal is to create the best life you can imagine!

What you can expect from me

Deciding to come to therapy can be a scary prospect, but I can tell you it is a wonderful feeling when you have someone fully engaged and listening to you! I hope to be that person for you! You may even feel "lighter" once you start to shed some of those difficult memories and thoughts you have been holding on to. You will start to feel more self confident and empowered when you start integrating some of the techniques you will learn, and you will grow into the person you truly want to be!
