Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Glynnis M. Young, LPC. I help adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or simply ready for something different in their lives. Therapy with me is a space where you can exhale, feel heard, and begin doing the deeper work of healing with support that is compassionate, honest, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you move from survival mode into greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness. I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative - a place where you not only process your pain, but also develop practical tools, stronger insight, and a healthier relationship with yourself.

Many people come to therapy carrying invisible weight for far too long. You do not have to keep holding everything by yourself. Whether you are working through a difficult season, unresolved pain, or a desire to grow into a healthier version of yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space where you can exhale, feel heard, and begin doing the deeper work of healing with support that is compassionate, honest, and empowering.

You deserve a space to heal, rebuild, and choose yourself.
