Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed can be exhausting, especially when anxiety, ADHD, panic, stress, or procrastination start affecting daily life. Your mind may feel like it is running nonstop, simple tasks may feel harder than they should, and it can be frustrating to feel stuck even when you are trying your best.

I help adults who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, executive-functioning challenges, stress, panic, rumination, and daily overwhelm. Together, we can work on practical tools to help you feel calmer, more focused, more organized, and more confident managing everyday responsibilities.

You do not have to figure it all out on your own. Therapy can be a supportive place to understand what is getting in the way and begin building strategies that actually fit your life.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy to adults in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. I work with clients who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, panic, stress management, OCD, procrastination, and executive-functioning challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I use evidence based approaches including CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and strength-based strategies to help clients better understand their patterns and build tools they can use outside of session.

In therapy, we may focus on managing racing thoughts, reducing avoidance, improving task initiation, creating structure, regulating emotions, setting boundaries, or developing more realistic ways to handle daily stress. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and supported as you move through life’s demands.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you already feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental, while also helping you make practical progress.

You can expect our sessions to be collaborative and useful. We will work together to identify what is keeping you stuck and build realistic strategies for managing anxiety, ADHD, stress, procrastination, emotions, and daily responsibilities.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share what you are looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
