Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my outpatient private practice! I completed my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology in 2003 and I'm fully licensed in Utah. My focus is assessment and treatment of child, adolescent, adult and family issues. My particular passion is helping children, teens and adults on the Autism Spectrum and their families. You will receive high quality clinical assessment and treatment of educational, learning, neurodevelopmental and related mental health issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is collaborative and inquisitive. I want to get to know you and help you achieve your goals. I strive to provide warmth, suppport, affirmation and hope. Accurate assessment and diagnosis are key first steps. I use research driven approaches in treating a wide range of mental health issues. My services include psychololgical and educational evaluations (ASD, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, IEP support), parent coaching, behavioral plans for home, and individual, couple and family therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

We'll carefully assess your situation and together, we'll create goals and a collaborative plan. I hope to empower my clients with information and options. You'll receive coaching and support as you learn coping skills and practice new ways of being in your relationships with yourself and others. Being kind to yourself and focusing on your strengths is key.
