Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who earned my certification from Mt. St. Mary’s College. I am passionate about helping individuals manage mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.

My approach to care is compassionate, patient-centered, and collaborative. I believe in building trust and creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel respected and heard. I work closely with each person to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their goals and needs.

I combine medication management, therapy, and education to provide comprehensive care, helping clients better understand their mental health and feel empowered in their healing journey. Clients can expect a welcoming space where they feel comfortable, supported, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. My goal is to help each person feel a sense of belonging while working together toward lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that every person’s mental health journey is unique, so I work closely with clients to create treatment plans that reflect their goals, values, and life experiences. I focus on building a trusting, supportive relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and heard.

I use a holistic approach that combines medication management, therapy-informed interventions, and education to help clients better understand their symptoms and treatment options. I encourage open communication and shared decision-making so clients feel empowered and actively involved in their care. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where healing and growth can happen at a pace that feels right for each individual.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we take time to get to know one another. We will review your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and any concerns or goals you have for treatment. This initial conversation helps me understand your unique experiences and what you are hoping to achieve through care.

I will also explain my approach, answer any questions you may have, and begin discussing potential treatment options, which may include therapy-informed support, medication management, or both. Together, we will start creating a personalized plan that feels comfortable and collaborative. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the path forward.
