I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from NYU and have gained extensive experience throughout my time in various mental health/school settings. I work specifically with those suffering from anxiety, depression, and anger management and impulsivity.

My approach to therapy is centered around a holistic and hands on approach. I work with clients through Strength Based Perspective and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Overall, I work diligently on assisting clients in developing a growth mindset and encouraging clients to utilize coping skills to better manage every day stressors of life.
