Great to meet you!

Welcome! In my practice I support adolescents, young adults, and families who are navigating issues including anxiety, depression, stress, and other concerns. I am passionate about supporting teens and young adults seeking gender and sexuality affirming care and who are looking to create positive change in their lives. In addition, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a parent, I am especially equipped to support parents in the LGBTQ+ community seeking parenting and relationship support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic; selecting individualized techniques to fit the client need. Utilizing techniques from multiple theories, I work to create a safe space to explore strengths and challenges, set goals, and cultivate new coping skills.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will be collaborative. You are the expert on your lived experience and I am here to help guide you toward your goals. Our sessions will focus on digging deep into the concerns you bring to the table and cultivating coping skills to help move you through your healing journey.
