Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a focus on helping adults navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals who may appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or internally scattered. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on helping clients build clarity, structure, and emotional resilience.

I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology (PsyD) and have experience across private practice and assessment settings. In addition to therapy, I have a strong background in psychological and neuropsychological evaluation, which informs my ability to understand each client’s unique cognitive and emotional profile.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, thoughtful, and solution-oriented. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood while also gaining concrete tools they can apply in their daily lives. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, attention difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed by competing demands, I work with you to develop strategies that are both effective and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a structured but relaxed conversation focused on understanding what brings you in and what you’d like to change. We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and what’s been working—or not working—so far. I’ll ask thoughtful, targeted questions to get a clear picture, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental, and focused environment where you feel comfortable being honest and direct. At the same time, I tend to be active in sessions—I’ll offer observations, begin identifying patterns, and start helping you make sense of what’s going on.

By the end of the first session, we’ll typically have a clearer understanding of your goals and a preliminary plan for how to move forward. I focus on practical, actionable strategies, so you’ll leave with a sense of direction—not just insight, but the beginning of real change.
