Great to meet you!

Some experiences don't fit neatly into a therapy intake form — the grief of wanting a family and not knowing if it will happen, the pressure of navigating who you are across cultures, the anxiety that follows you into places it has no business being. I work with women and adults carrying these kinds of layered, hard-to-name experiences. I offer sessions in both English and French and bring a culturally informed perspective to our work together. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to translate it into clinical language before we start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and collaborative. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help you build real tools, shift patterns that aren't working, and reconnect with what matters to you. I also use Motivational Interviewing, which means I'll spend as much time listening as talking. We'll move at a pace that works for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping therapy can do for you. You don't need to have your story organized before we start — most people don't. By the end, we'll have a shared sense of where to begin and what working together can look like.
