Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Grace!

I'm glad you're here. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I don't take that trust lightly. I value genuine connection and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process. My style is gentle, supportive, and collaborative, and I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward the changes that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe healing comes from having all the answers - it comes from feeling understood enough to explore the difficult parts of your life without fear of being judged. That's the kind of space I aim to create in every session. I strive to create an environment where you know you'll be met with curiosity, respect, and empathy.

My empathy is shaped not only by my professional training but also by my own experiences navigating life's challenges. While your story is uniquely your own, I understand the courage it takes to ask for help and the importance of having someone who meets you with compassion rather than judgment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mainly about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, any concerns or goals you have, and a bit about your background and current life circumstances. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of what working together might look like.
