Thank you for your interest in joining our mental health outpatient clinic. Headway is a referral platform used to verify insurance, and each psychiatric clinic has their own intake process. The first step to becoming a new client with us is filling out a new patient onboarding form, which we will be emailed to you via intakeQ. Once that is complete, we can get you scheduled! Your appointment is not guaranteed until you complete the new patient form. Once your form is complete, you may be offered new appointment times with a different provider from our group practice who accepts your insurance. You will receive an email confirmation from intakeQ which includes a link to the video chat appointment. The first visit is a consultation appointment to get to know each other and see what issues or symptoms you are currently experiencing and if we are able to treat these issues for you.
