Great to meet you!

I help high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed by overthinking, anxiety, and constant mental pressure.

You may look like you have it together, but internally feel tense, exhausted, or unable to turn your mind off. Many of my clients are used to pushing through, but beneath the surface feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, stress, or chronic discomfort that make everyday life harder.

If you’ve tried to “just push through” and it’s no longer working, that’s often the point where therapy becomes most helpful.

In our work together, we focus on reducing that mental and physical load so you can feel more calm, clear, and in control. I use a practical, insight-driven approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand your patterns and make changes that actually stick in your day-to-day life. Many of my clients are looking for therapy that feels both practical and insightful, not just a place to vent.

As a Christian, I understand the important role faith can play in healing and personal growth. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating Christian values and faith-based perspectives into therapy while maintaining an evidence-based approach.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience on the trauma unit at Stanford Hospital. I offer Aetna-covered virtual therapy across California, with flexible options including walk-and-talk phone sessions.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns and take actionable steps toward your goals. These approaches, combined with a compassionate, collaborative style, will empower you to gain clarity and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. By the end of our sessions, you'll leave feeling heard, empowered, and closer to the life you envision.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming space to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a plan for moving forward. Throughout our sessions, I ask thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to help you examine your beliefs and behaviors. My role is to guide and support you in exploring new perspectives, identifying solutions, and taking actionable steps toward meaningful change.
