I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice. I have extensive experience working in outpatient clinics.

I specialize in treating: Mood Disorders (Depression, Bipolar Disorder), anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorders, OCD), Trauma-Related Disorders (PTSD), Substance Use and Addiction (Recovery-focused care for individuals and families) and Chronic Mental Health Conditions (Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder).

I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate precision medicine approaches to personalize treatment plans and enhance outcomes.

I create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach combines: Collaborative decision-making to develop tailored treatment plans; Psychotherapy integrated with medication management when appropriate; and Leveraging telehealth to increase access and flexibility for care.
