Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with about a decade of experience in social service, mental health, faith-based, and criminal legal fields of practice. I specialized in helping clients navigate emotions and mood-related issues.

My approach to therapy

I can implement a range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive, dialectical, behavioral, compassion-focused, acceptance and commitment, emotionally focused, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, solution-focused, client-centered, interpersonal, problem-solving, and supportive therapy.

What you can expect from me

I lead with compassion and strive for positive intrinsic changes through mindfulness, self-reflection, and actionable steps that honor your goals. I’m here to support and guide you in navigating paths to healthy, holistic living throughout this journey called life.
