Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, not analyzed or rushed. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative. I take time to really get to know you, your story, and the patterns that have shaped how you think, feel, and relate to others.

I work with individuals and couples who may feel stuck in anxiety, relationship uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, or old wounds that continue to show up in the present. Many of my clients are high functioning, introspective, and self-aware, yet still feel conflicted, exhausted, or disconnected underneath. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, relational approach that combines insight-oriented and attachment-based work with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I help clients understand the deeper patterns influencing their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also building practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

Using CBT, we work to identify unhelpful thought patterns, increase emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies that support daily functioning. At the same time, I create space for reflection and deeper exploration so change feels meaningful, not surface-level. Therapy with me is collaborative, emotionally attuned, and gently challenging, with a focus on helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share your concerns, goals, and any relevant background at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and begin identifying patterns or stressors that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about next steps. I’ll also share how I work, answer any questions you have, and collaborate with you on a direction for treatment moving forward. There is no pressure to share everything at once, this is a space to begin building trust and understanding.
