Great to meet you!

My goal is to help my clients achieve their desired treatment outcome. This is achieved by working with each client to design an individualized treatment plan that is client-centered and that meets the client's emotional needs and values.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is acceptance and a non-judgmental approach of care. I am a good listener and encourage my clients to express their feelings without fear of being judged. My clients always feel accepted and heard.

What you can expect from me

Treatment goals are individualized, and the treatment plan is designed during the initial visit. Treatment goals are reviewed with each visit, and adjustments are made regularly to attain the desired treatment outcome.
