Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel genuinely supported, understood, and empowered. I bring both clinical experience and a strong understanding of systems and human behavior into my work, helping clients navigate challenges and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I have had the privilege of working in inpatient and outpatient settings, schools, and community-based care, supporting children, adolescents, and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in safe, authentic connection. I focus on building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship so clients can feel comfortable showing up fully as themselves.

For clients who desire it, I also offer the integration of Christian faith into therapy in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and aligned with your personal values. At the same time, I deeply value inclusivity and welcome people from all spiritual, cultural, and personal backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is positive, solution-focused, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, safety, and understanding.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. My work is strengths-based, practical, and personalized—always centering the unique needs and goals of each client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in their everyday lives. My approach is relational and down-to-earth, as I strive to make therapy feel like a conversation with someone you trust.

I bring compassion, curiosity, and a good sense of humor into the room because I believe laughter can be healing, too. While we’ll do meaningful work together, I also want you to feel comfortable, safe, and able to be your authentic self—even on the hard days.
