Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with adults and adolescents in a variety of clinical settings. I understand and believe in the importance of mental well-being when handling the pressures of an intense environment at work, school, or home.

My approach to therapy

I believe it's important to create a space where you can talk about things that might be difficult, a space to explore the past and the way it influences your present. I think it is also important to learn how to incorporate practical skills into your everyday life in order to help manage your symptoms while continuing to juggle your various responsibilities. I take a collaborative approach to therapy so we work together to identify your goals.

What you can expect from me

It's not easy to commit to a therapist based on a few words from a profile! I understand that, so we start by scheduling a free 15-minute phone consultation. During this phone call I will tell you about my work, what you can expect during our sessions, and ask you a little more about what brings you to therapy. You can also ask me questions and use this as an opportunity to see if this is a good fit for you!
