Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and begin the healing process. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, genuine, and authentic. I meet clients where they are and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into the room, and I’m not afraid to be direct when it helps clients grow. Using trauma-informed care and EMDR, I help clients process difficult experiences and move toward lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and begin exploring your goals. I focus on creating a relaxed, supportive space where you can be yourself—no pressure, no judgment. It’s also a chance for us to see if we feel like a good fit working together.
