Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with a Master's in Social Work and Public Affairs from the University of Texas. Through my years of work in homeless services with client’s dealing with substance use and/or severe mental illness, I am skilled in holding space and supporting clients experiencing varying degrees of trauma and crisis. Whatever it is in life that is bringing you to seek therapy, I hope you’ll allow me to honor and explore what is blocking you from the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

With my training in DEEP (Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy), I seek to create a safe haven for my clients, where they feel supported and deeply seen. I provide individual and couples therapy that is attuned, warm and transparent to clients who feel like they are barely holding it together.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, substance use and building self-esteem. I work with teens to older adults, and individuals and couples.

What you can expect from me

My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious and often leave feeling more clear-headed and confident in themselves. Whether you need short term support or want to dive deeper and work through long term patterns, I'll be there as a guide and ally.
