Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Grace! I’m black, queer, neurodiverse therapist who is passionate about creating affirming spaces for others to explore their identities, interpersonal relationship dynamics, and engage in personal growth.

I have a love of social justice advocacy and consider it an essential part of my role as a mental health therapist. I aim to empower clients to look to their personal experiences as a source of resilience through a humanistic, strength-based approach to counseling while encouraging clients to view mental wellness from a holistic perspective. I am a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher and enjoy incorporating elements of mindfulness into my clinical work with all ages. My approach to counseling considers the intersectional nature of lived experience and the ways our diverse identities inform how we view ourselves. I work with individuals, couples and teens!
