Great to meet you!

Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, especially if you've been struggling for a long time or haven't felt heard in the past. My goal is to create a space where you can openly discuss what you're experiencing without feeling rushed or judged.

Before becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I spent more than 10 years as a registered nurse caring for patients in a variety of healthcare settings. That experience taught me to look beyond symptoms and understand how mental health affects every aspect of a person's life.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions. I believe treatment should be personalized—not one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll discuss your symptoms, treatment options, and goals so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Whether you're seeking answers for the first time, looking for a second opinion, or continuing treatment, my priority is to help you better understand your mental health and develop a plan that supports your long-term well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take the time to understand your concerns, goals, and unique experiences before developing a personalized treatment plan. I believe in shared decision-making and use evidence-based medication management, education, and supportive therapy to help you achieve lasting improvements in your mental health. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, informed, and supported throughout your treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll spend time understanding what has been going on, how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, and what you're hoping to gain from treatment. We'll discuss possible treatment options, answer any questions you have, and work together to create a plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave with a better understanding of your mental health and a clear path forward.
