Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Stanford-trained adult psychiatrist, and I bring expertise and a personalized approach to medication management in my private practice. My goal is to help you navigate challenges and achieve meaningful progress towards your aspirations. My approach is rooted in warmth and honesty, and I strive to build a genuine connection that fosters trust, insight, and healing. While I am not accepting new therapy patients at this time, I incorporate my training in insight-oriented, psychodynamic therapy, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to offer therapeutic sessions.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal issues, and cultural psychiatry. When we meet, I will do my best to listen to you well and understand your circumstances. We will work together to develop a tailored treatment plan, involving lifestyle interventions, evidence-based medications, and more.

What you can expect from me

I invite you to take the first step by scheduling a free introductory call. I look forward to connecting!
