Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Grace Moore and I am an LPC in the State of Missouri. Previously, I have worked in private practice, as well as a nonprofit that specialized in care for clients who have experienced a level of trauma. I specialize in identity and trauma as well as anxiety and depression. I enjoy empowering my clients to get in touch with who they are and who they want to be. My hope for my clients is that I can help them identify their goals and take action in making positive change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very humanistic. I acknowledge that YOU are the expert on your own life and I only know what you choose to share with me. I provide a space that invites authenticity and safety to the room. In your therapeutic journey, my goal is to help you feel close to yourself and I invite you to show up as you are. My goal is to help you get in touch with yourself, your emotions, and to offer you skills to get yourself where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will spend some time getting to know each other! I will be curious to get to know about you, your life, and your relationships, as well as what led you to begin your therapeutic journey and what you’re looking to get out of it. We can begin the goal setting process or will simply discuss what the process looks like for our next session. We will go over some necessary things like informed consent and confidentiality as well.
