Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Colorado. I have been working in the mental health field for 3 years since graduating from Texas Tech University with my M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a person-centered perspective, meaning that I believe every person is unique, knows their self best, and has the ability to grow and change. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore issues brought in at your own pace. I also pull techniques from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, depending on your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you understand how your past has impacted you and support you in your journey to moving toward your future with confidence. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to ensure that we are a good fit before beginning. You are worth the investment that is therapy. Don't hesitate to reach out!
