Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Grace! I work with teens and young adults, ages 13–25, who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, big or overwhelming emotions, unhealthy coping habits, or just having a hard time adjusting to changes in life. I try to keep therapy warm, comfortable, and down-to-earth, so you can feel like you can be yourself and talk openly without worrying about being judged. We’ll work together to better understand what you’re going through, find healthier ways to cope, and figure out what can help you feel more in control and like yourself again. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, listen without judgment, and help you feel supported while we work through whatever life is throwing your way.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, accepted, and genuinely heard. By showing up authentically and meeting you where you are, I create a supportive space for growth. Using DBT-informed techniques, I help clients build practical skills to manage emotions, create meaningful change, and move toward the life they want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I take a relaxed, conversational approach and will spend time learning about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and the experiences that have shaped you. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I also believe parents and guardians can play an important role in supporting healthy change, and when appropriate, I want to work together with them to create a supportive team around the client. During our first session, we’ll talk about how we can best work together, what support looks like outside of therapy, and what we can each expect from the therapy process moving forward. My goal is for everyone to feel heard, supported, and clear about how we can work together toward meaningful change.
