Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, with particular focus on maternal mental health and the challenges that arise across family and community settings. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help clients navigate emotional stress, life transitions, and the everyday pressures that can make it hard to feel grounded. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

I earned my degree from Florida State University and have over three years of experience in maternal mental health and community mental health settings. My work has centered on helping children, teens, young adults, and parents feel more confident, connected, and equipped to manage life’s challenges.

I genuinely love this work and care deeply about making therapy feel approachable and accessible, especially for people who may not have always felt supported in traditional systems. If you’re looking for a warm, supportive space to begin your therapy journey, I’d be honored to connect with you.

My approach to therapy

I think therapy should be built on trust, collaborative and supportive, offering space to process life stress while also learning practical tools to use outside of sessions.

I work from a trauma-informed lens to help make sense of how past experiences, cultural background, or systemic factors shape patterns, behaviors, and communication.

We can work on tools when it’s helpful, and other times just slow down and make space for whatever you need that day

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other.

I’ll ask about what brought you in, what’s been going on lately, and what you’re hoping will feel different.
