I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing medication management and supportive care for adults (18+) across New Jersey and New York. I treat a wide range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and mood disorders.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and structured. I focus on helping clients improve focus, stabilize mood, and function better at work, school, and home. Treatment plans are personalized, evidence-based, I take the time to understand each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and work closely with them to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle support. Building a strong therapeutic alliance and promoting holistic well-being are at the heart of my practice.
If you are struggling with attention, anxiety, low motivation, sleep changes, or difficulty managing daily responsibilities, I am here to help. Most patients are able to start treatment within one week. Telehealth visits are convenient, confidential, and designed to fit into your schedule.
