Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I value honesty, relationship, and vulnerability and use a person-centered approach to help you live a more wholehearted life. I received my Masters in Social Work from Colorado State University in 2016. I have loved working with youth in school and community settings and especially love counseling children, young people and adults for the last 4 years.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a relational approach where you feel safe, heard and known. I work with children, youth and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I value setting specific goals, being open with each other on progress, and having tangible take-aways from sessions. My hope is that what we discuss and practice in session will benefit you throughout your week and beyond, and that we can create a safe space to process and grow.
