Great to meet you!

Hello There! So glad you're here. I'm Dr. Grace and I primarily focus on women's issues in my clinical psychology practice. I received my doctorate from Wheaton College and have specialized training in faith-integration with individuals of diverse backgrounds through the Chicago Area Christian Training Consortium. You are welcome to text "DrGrace" to our office and I will get back in touch with you. 817-601-5540

My approach to therapy

I primarily draw from what's known as Third Wave Cognitive therapies (CBT, ACT, and DBT). Additionally, I prefer to integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Positive Psychology (PP).

What you can expect from me

You’re navigating a tender season, feeling overwhelmed yet hopeful, lonely yet connected, proud yet grieving who you were or losses along the way. The profound, biological shifts of pregnancy and postpartum emotions, stress, birth challenges, pregnancy loss, and new roles can feel like an emotional whirlwind, reshaping your body and mind. You’re not alone. As a psychologist, I blend faith and evidence-based care to guide you through these transformative changes. Together, we’ll find hope, heal grief, and empower you to grow and embrace your evolving roles with resilience to create a joyful, balanced future.
