Great to meet you!

I am a practicing psychotherapist with an LHMC in the state of Indiana. I completed my undergraduate education at Indiana University and went on to complete my Masters in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington D.C. My previous work experience has exposed me to working with clients suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, relationship challenges, divorce, and parenting.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I operate from a client centered lens. I look to my clients as the experts of their experiences and the facilitators of their own solutions. My role is to act as a mirror, in order for you to see and know yourself on a deeper and more meaningful level.

What you can expect from our first session

Through this process, you will be challenged to face things that are uncomfortable, show yourself and others grace, and grow into a better version of yourself. Transformation is a process and requires commitment and dedication from both sides of the client, therapist relationship. I am committed to helping you get there, when you are ready to begin.
