Great to meet you!

Have your mental health struggles or life events felt particularly difficult lately? If you are feeling tired of trying to manage your well-being on your own, you've come to the right place. My aim is to help you feel empowered to get your life back (the way you want to live it) and learn how to manage anxiety disorders like Generalized Anxiety Disorder, panic attacks, PTSD, phobias, OCD, trauma, or just general life stress.

Living with anxiety can feel overwhelming, and you might be feeling stuck wondering how to cope with it. If you have been trying to manage your symptoms through the use of temporary distractions to no avail, my goal is to help you utilize better coping mechanisms that can guide you in understanding the root of the issue. I specialize in evidence-based treatments that offer specific strategies for you to face your struggles. Learn skills to manage your anxiety effectively, contact me today!

My approach to therapy

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure with Response Prevention Therapy to help you learn tools and coping skills so that you can better manage your anxiety, panic, OCD or other life stresses.

What you can expect from me

My mission is help you feel like the expert of your own anxiety. I can provide support on how to stop responding to anxiety with behaviors that actually cause it to grow over time. You will be able to identify core fears that contribute to your anxiety so that you can develop a better relationship with your thoughts and feelings and no longer feel like you have to avoid things that create anxiety.
