Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Grace, and I'm so glad you're here.

I believe therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where we can build a genuine connection and work together toward meaningful change.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, children, veterans, and victims of crime. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, and family systems. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the individual. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. While I move at a pace that feels right for you, I also recognize when gentle challenge can help foster meaningful change.

I enjoy incorporating creative, evidence-based techniques and value open communication throughout the therapeutic process. Together, we'll find an approach that fits your unique needs, goals, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what brought you to therapy, as well as your goals for our work together. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important predictors of positive outcomes, so our initial session is focused on creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
