Great to meet you!

Are you ready to create a life worth living? I take a collaborative compassionate approach to help people work through trauma and manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges that may stand in the way of their goals. It’s always possible to learn new ways of thinking and behaving to live more effectively. I offer a safe, respectful space where you can share your experiences and begin to heal. Together, we’ll work toward improving your daily life and building the future you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is interactive and adaptable, tailored to your needs; guided by the following post graduate trainings/certifications: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I work collaboratively with you to find a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Using evidence-based strategies, we’ll focus on meaningful change—helping you respond to challenges in ways that align with your values, priorities, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care. I want to understand your story—your hopes, challenges, and goals—so we can work together in a way that feels meaningful to you. It takes courage to reach out for support, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing.
