Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and honesty. Since 2017, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, pediatric hematology and oncology, neonatal intensive care, and experience with bariatric surgery. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how complex and overwhelming life transitions can feel. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can be heard, validated, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, and grief and bereavement support to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward their goals. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, with honesty and compassion, so they can feel supported as they navigate change and build a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. My style is very direct, but always supportive and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where your story matters. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the areas where you’d like support. I’ll also explain the therapy process, answer any questions you have, and work collaboratively with you to create a plan that feels both realistic and empowering. Change can feel overwhelming, but you won’t have to face it alone.
