I am a Trauma Certified Therapist. My experience working with youth and adults in community mental health, hospice, medical settings allows me to support and guide people in all aspects of life's journey. My approach is deeply rooted in the mind and body relationship, as I have also been a Massage Practitioner for over 20 years.
