Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Grace, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I'm so glad you're here. I have a heart for people and believe everyone has a story to tell. As an Asian American therapist and a mom of two, I bring compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a trauma-informed approach to each session with my clients. I believe therapy is an investment into one self and one that is truly worth it. Therapy is an opportunity to dive deeper, become curious about ourselves and thus a learning process. This has been true for me in my personal healing journey as well.

My approach to therapy

I lead with empathy, curiosity and compassion and take the time to understand who you are and the experiences that have shaped you in this world. I team with you to identify goals that fit your needs and equip you to live an empowered life that feels most authentically you.

What you can expect from me

Vulnerability is the birthplace of authenticity and freedom. In my sessions, you can expect to get vulnerable in a pace that feels right for you. You are never forced into anything that doesn't sit right. However, I may challenge you to stretch your capacity to sit in discomfort. In this way, you can expected to be understood, challenged and empowered. So whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger to navigating life transitions, identity formation, parenting and/or grief, I am here to walk with you and empower you to live in freedom. Enough feeling stuck, stagnant and held back from stepping into your purpose(s). Healing is possible when we are seen, heard, and supported — when we get to narrate and re-narrate our story. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with their inner strength, truth, and wholeness.
