Great to meet you!

I received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Transpersonal Art Therapy degree from Naropa University. I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families through various levels of trauma and life transitions.

My approach is centered around a strong client/therapist relationship where I utilize a person-centered, holistic, mindfulness, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. I highly encourage expression through art and metaphor in one's therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a space to honor one's individual process in exploring emotions and identity in a supportive and safe environment. Clients are met with compassion and understanding of their circumstances though non-judgement. In my approach, I offer treatment through various models of therapy designed to meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic space will provide an opportunity to explore self-discovery and self-compassion. In the course of therapy, I will guide, support, and witness your process in developing resources and coping skills. I openly share that this work is not linear and there may be days that you leave feeling empowered and other days you may leave feeling raw. My hope is that throughout your journey, you will experience feeling seen, heard, understood, and validated as you navigate life's challenges.
