Great to meet you!

“I don't even know what I'd say.”

If that is what is stopping you, you are exactly who I work with. Maybe you are anxious and cannot name why. Maybe your feelings come faster than you can handle. Maybe you have tried therapy and left feeling like you failed at it.

You didn't. It just wasn't built for you.

So we start differently. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we move or create. Then we build skills that hold up when things get hard.

The goal is not to make you easier. It is to help you feel more like yourself.

My approach to therapy

I follow your lead. Some days we talk. Some days talking feels impossible, so we move, create, or just notice where a feeling is sitting instead. No dance experience needed and nobody gets put on the spot.

From there we build skills you can use for real. How to come down from overwhelm. How to hold a hard feeling. How to say what you need.

You set the pace, always. If you're autistic or have ADHD, you're especially welcome. I won't ask you to be someone else in here.

What you can expect from me

Mostly, no pressure. I'll ask what brought you here and what you'd want to feel different, and you answer what you want to answer. If something's too much, say so, or say nothing. I'll take the hint.

For kids and teens it usually won't feel like an interview. We might play, move around, or just figure out what you're into.

By the end we'll talk about what you want out of this and whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll help you find who is.
