Great to meet you!

As a Latina therapist shaped by personal loss and deep introspection, I carry an intimate understanding of how life's painful moments can fracture our sense of safety and identity. I believe therapy is a space where we can reclaim our strength, honor our lived realities, and build a life that feels authentic and whole.

My approach to therapy

I work exclusively with individual adults navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, grief, relational challenges, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are first-generation individuals balancing complex cultural expectations with personal identity, or individuals navigating difficult relationship dynamics, boundary setting, and healing from past attachment ruptures.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I don’t view therapy as a process where I hold all the answers; instead, I partner with you to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can understand your experiences with compassion, reconnect with your values, and develop trust in your own inner wisdom.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and unhurried space where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, explore what you hope to work toward, and begin mapping out how we can partner together.

There’s no pressure to share everything right away. My primary goal is to ensure you feel safe, truly heard, and comfortable as we take these initial steps toward your healing and growth.
