Great to meet you!

Ofrezco terapia en inglés y español. I support adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, relationship concerns, and substance use-related challenges. As a bilingual English/Spanish therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.

Many of the clients I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to help clients slow down, reconnect with their strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, culturally responsive, and focused on practical healing. I use evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand emotional patterns, improve coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Together, we’ll create a supportive space where healing feels manageable, empowering, and tailored to your individual needs and experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and discussing what challenges feel most important right now. We’ll talk about your goals, what support would feel most helpful, and what you hope to gain from therapy moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
