Great to meet you!

As a board-certified counselor, I work with people who feel like life has been happening to them rather than something they are actively choosing. Some have been holding everything together for a long time. Others feel emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, self-doubt, or major life transitions. I've been practicing over 10 years and have focused on helping people feel anchored in a world and life that often feels chaotic.

My approach to therapy

I offer a space to slow down, make sense of your previous life chapters, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together we’ll unravel what plagues your mind, open up to feeling, and begin moving toward meaningful living. Regardless of what page your story is on, you can choose to write the next chapter differently. And you don’t have to write it alone.

What you can expect from me

Therapy together starts out with an introductory session where you're given space to share your story and what you'd like to accomplish. I aim to make our time together to feel comfortable and safe to be vulnerable. Life may have felt like a rollercoaster until now, and I'm going to climb in that seat right next to you. Then, we can begin working together to make you the main character in a life with meaning, value, and purpose.
