Great to meet you!

Life can get heavy—whether you’re juggling family dynamics, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or just trying to stay afloat. Maybe you’ve always been the dependable one, the person everyone else leans on, but you’re starting to realize it’s time to focus on yourself. You want less tension, more connection, and practical tools that actually make a difference. You’re not after a quick fix—you just want someone real to help you sort things out and walk with you through the hard parts.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults facing real-life relationship challenges—marriage, divorce, parenting, conflict, avoidance, burnout, ASD, and everything in between. With experience as both a first responder and a therapist, I bring grounded insight, genuine understanding, and zero judgment. Our work together is straightforward, supportive, and useful—no clinical jargon or therapy clichés.

What you can expect from me

I know therapy can feel awkward at first, especially if you’re used to pushing through or minimizing what you need. But I believe in honest, no-pressure conversations that help you breathe easier, gain clarity, and feel like yourself again. You don’t need to be in crisis to start—just ready for something different. Let’s talk
