I pride myself in being able to give women a male with whom they can trust and feel safe, provide men a listening ear devoid of judgment and offer adolescents a voice that speaks their language in a way that makes new concepts easily digestible.
Deciding to seek help and be vulnerable with someone new can be daunting, but I am here to help make that an easier experience. I understand making changes is often not so easy, but I want to be the one to walk with you as you try. By learning about you and how you got here I will individualize treatment to best help you evolve into who you aim to be. I enjoy working with men, women and adolescents, specializing in areas such as trauma, self-worth, anxiety, depression and attachment.
I hope to help you understand how life experiences have affected you in a deeper way, process those experiences and find healing and growth beyond them through changes in your personal life that fit your specific needs and goals.
