Great to meet you!

I earned my Masters of Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University in 2014. Since then, I’ve helped many clients find a clearer pathway to meaning in their lives, ranging from college counseling centers, community mental health, and individual practice. Whether you're experiencing depression and anxiety, relationship stress, or trauma of various kinds, my experience can surely assist you in becoming the person you want to be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative activity in which we work together in a safe environment to help you become a healthier and more satisfied version of yourself. My approach aims to partner with you to identify what challenges and pain points you may have and unlock the potential within you to heal, recover, or move beyond those roadblocks.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that relationships can both harm or heal us. Together we will explore the relational challenges within your environment that have led to difficulty, stress, or trauma. We will work together to identify these dynamics as they occur and to develop skills to change or heal what's within your control. Ultimately, my aim is towards you living a life of health, safety, and fulfillment.
