Great to meet you!

With over two decades of counseling experience and a background as a Navy Veteran, I've worked with a diversity of issues including anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, and relationships. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, men and Veterans. You can feel "stuck" and life's unexpected turns can affect anyone. Whether you're struggling in your relationship, considering a career change, or facing issues like divorce, termination from a job, or addiction, I'm here to support you.

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic approach to therapy believing all areas of our life (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, sexual) are connected and impact our overall mental health. My approach is also practical and goal-oriented. You will immediately apply new tools to help you achieve the goals you set for therapy.

What you can expect from me

I will come alongside you and help you in practical ways. I will help you redefine and clarify the life you want and then work with you to overcome the barriers, doubts and fears that keep you from achieving that dream. You are ready to "break free" and experience a thriving life. You don't have to be in this battle alone. I can help.
