Dr. Grant Seo

I am a clinical psychologist with an affectionate heart for therapy. Beyond my doctoral training, I received years of advanced therapy training from the best trainers in the field. Since 2007, I have worked with an exceptionally wide range of cultural backgrounds and therapy needs, ranging from brief adjustment issues to serious mental illness. Many of my clients have told me that they appreciate my way of accurately understanding them and their situation, my ability to point out the core human experience in a way that that really stays on their mind, and my presence as a human being that provides warm support.

In today's world, many people find themselves stuck between different cultural influences. As the world is becoming more and more complicated and diverse, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find answers to important questions in life and to find support. Many people are able to function but also feel anxious, unsure, unsupported, and exhausted.

I am very aware that many people struggle with the issue of fitting in their environment, while also struggling with the issue of finding their genuine self. I enjoy helping clients to develop a healthy sense of identity, relate better with others in their life, and live up to their full potential.
