Great to meet you!

You're not crazy, broken, or failing. You're human! As your therapist, my goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel empowered to explore and nurture your individual path. Whether you’re navigating challenges or seeking change, I’m here to help you every step of the way. When I’m not working with clients, you'll find me wrangling my three dogs, offering motivational speeches to my plants, and drinking way too much coffee with a generous amount of creamer.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a personalized approach to counseling, blending cognitive-behavioral, existential, and client-centered techniques to help you uncover the strength and resilience that’s already within you. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, and experiences of narcissistic abuse.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, we'll begin by building a strong foundation of trust and understanding. Together, we'll explore your goals and engage in activities to increase your sense of identity and self-acceptance. We'll also reflect on past and present experiences, while I guide you in developing coping skills to regulate your nervous system and enhance daily functioning for a more balanced life.
