Great to meet you!

I completed my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been licensed for more than 8 years. I've gained valuable experience working with clients across numerous agencies and 4 years of private practice to assist couples, individuals, and families like you to address anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress, couples therapy, divorce/break ups, and grief/loss.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style has been described as warm, curious and insight provoking. I believe that respecting you means showing lots of compassion along with a healthy respect for your ability to heal through your autonomy and self-determination. Sometimes this means challenging long held thoughts and feelings about yourself or others. These challenges are done in a gentle and sensitive way that recognizes change is hard and can also be rewarding.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to set realistic goals that benefit their life and the life they want to build. I work with couples to find a path toward healthy connection in their relationships.
